Elizaveta is a Master of Sports in Ballroom Dancing, a 5-time champion of Baku and Azerbaijan in the Latin American program and the 10-dance program. She is a certified dancer and trainer: she passed an exam confirming her class before the international panel of judges WDSF.
The program of classes covers a wide range of dance styles:
- Latin American program: cha-cha-cha, jive, samba, rumba, passadoble
- European program: slow waltz, tango, Viennese waltz, foxtrot, quickstep
During dance training, balance develops and coordination of movements improves. Both adults and children learn to better control their bodies and as a result:
- Coordination of arms and legs develops
- Motor skills improve
- All muscle groups are trained and strengthened
Regular dance training makes the body flexible, resilient, strong. In addition, it is a great way to burn extra calories and activate the metabolic process. If a child or adult is overweight, then in a couple of months of dancing it will go away. Thus, the health benefits of ballroom dancing are obvious.
