User Agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the relationship between the owner of the Nine Senses Art Center website (ninesenses.center) (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator) and the user of the website (hereinafter referred to as the User) regarding the use of this resource.

1. General Provisions
1.1. Using the ninesenses.center website means the User’s consent to this Agreement.
1.2. This Agreement shall enter into force upon the User’s commencement of use of the website.

4. Administrator Obligations

4.2. The Administrator shall not be liable for:

5. Payment Procedure
5.1. The User has the right to pay for services or goods through the online payment system.
5.2. The Administrator does not store bank card details.
5.3. In case of refusal of the service, the refund is carried out in accordance with the established rules.

7. Confidentiality

7.2. Use of the website means the User's consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. All disputes and disagreements arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations.
8.2. If it is impossible to resolve disputes through negotiations, they shall be considered in the court of the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with the current legislation.
