Sculptor, artist, ART Lab teacher

Schedule for February

Farid Rzayev is a sculptor, artist, member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan, holds a master's degree in the sculpture department from the Azerbaijan State Academy of Arts. He was awarded a letter of gratitude from the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan for his contribution to the development of culture and art among children and youth. Among the artist's students, there are those who were awarded the championship at the republican exhibition held throughout the country in 2023.

Farid works in the direction of monumental, easel sculpture, minimalism, modernism, and also experiments with installations with light. In classes, he teaches not only the correct technique and basics, but also the “thinking of an artist”.

In ART Lab classes, Farid teaches modeling through the study of anatomy, construction, dynamics, working with various materials and evenly developing skills in all areas. Once every 3 months, he holds an exhibition of works by all participants of the Nine Senses Art Lab course, and the works can be put up for sale.
