Hello everyone!
Let's get acquainted. My name is Elena Gasimova. I always start by saying that I am a mother of three children. Motherhood has given me tremendous life experience! This is the very case when you don't choose teachers, teachers come into your life themselves. It was my children who became my first teachers. It was with them that I grew up and got stronger. And I got everything else later) I began to study and develop in the professional sphere. There were, are and will be a lot of different trainings, I will not list them all. I just want to share with you my main areas:

• Life coach, certified by the European Coaching Association. Neurographics specialist and I very successfully use such a fashionable tool as neurographics in my practice with clients. Certified expert genealogist.
• Completed a course in regressive hypnosis in the workshop of M. Miller. Reiki and mindfulness meditation practitioner.
• I do intuitive painting.

I invite you to a light immersion in your inner world, with the help of meditation, markers and colored pencils, brushes and paints. For two days we will explore and draw. We will meditate together, talk about unconditional love and what it means to "accept yourself". We will get to know ourselves, begin the process of accepting ourselves and give love to the most important person in life - ourselves!
